Adult Fitness Classes
All adult fitness classes are drop-in style to help you add variety and convenience to your work out. Instructors demonstrate both high and low impact variations throughout class to help accommodate all fitness levels.
This 45-minute combination class consists of intervals of cardio on the floor or step, with shorter strength segments. Follow the leader and challenge yourself to push your potential.
An addictive mix of the latest dance styles and the hottest new sounds put the emphasis on having fun as much as breaking a sweat. Don?t worry you will be sweating before you know it. Learn to move with attitude and feel the music pulse through your entire body.
A Step class fused with all of your other favorite fitness formats: Hi/low, interval, strength training, and Pilates. All choreography done with and on the step can be done on the floor, making this a great class for all fitness levels. Drop the kids off at school and come on in!
