Enhance Fitness

The YMCA’s EnhanceFitness is a physical activity program comprised of three 60-minute classes per week. The classes are designed to safely increase our fitness levels through aerobic and strength training exercises while building a sense of community and social connectedness among class members. EnhanceFitness provides a personalized program that measures your improvements in strength, balance, flexibility, mood, general activity level, and independence.

Classes Begin July 31st!

Silver Sneakers Class

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Strong & Fit

Sit or stand in a workout to enhance cardio strength, balance, and coordination. Beginner!



Water Works

Low Intensity. Because water works when you have arthritis! Instructors are Silver Splash Certified. Wash away your aches and pains with this low impact class! Beginner!
