Mon-Fri: 5:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: 12:00pm - 5:00pm

Program areas close 15 minutes prior to closing time.

The pool opens 30 minutes after the building opens and closes 30 minutes before the building closes.

Child Watch & Kid's Time
Members (Free) and Non-Members ($3/hour) may participate in our child watch program for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old (pre-kindergarten) while you participate at the Y. Playful, engaging options are plentiful for young children while you exercise or connect with others over shared interests.

Child Watch Hours:

Odyssey Room
Monday-Thursday: 8AM-11:30AM and 4:30PM-8PM
Friday & Saturday: 8:30AM-11:30AM

Kid's Time is available for Member (free) and Non-Member ($3/hour) parents who would like to bring their children to the YMCA while using the facility. Children must have at least one parent in the building while in Kids Time. Children 5 (post-kindergarten) - 11 are welcome!

*Activtrax is a program that designs resistance training workouts just for you at no cost. You can schedule an initial Fit Start/ActivTrax appointment for your strength assessment. From there, a wellness center staff member will discuss your goals, create a program that’s right for you, set up your ActivTrax profile and make sure you are comfortable using the equipment.
