The Y is the starting point for many youth to learn about becoming and staying active, and developing healthy habits they’ll carry with them throughout their lives. And the benefits are far greater than just physical health. Whether it’s gaining the confidence that comes from learning to swim or building the positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, participating in sports at the Y is about building the whole child, from the inside out.

Hilliker Heat Swim Team

Hilliker Heat is a fun and instructional swim program designed to give children of all ability levels a comfortable and individually paced swimming environment. All swimmers are given individual goals and are encouraged to take pride in individual accomplishments.

Iron Teens & Youth Conditioning

Iron Teens participants will learn the basics of cardio, body weight and resistance training exercise.

Youth Conditioning participants will complete a training course where they will learn the basics of cardio and body weight exercise.

Volunteer Coaches Needed!

This is an opportunity for young athletes to develop their soccer skills and have fun along the way!

REGISTRATION: July 24-September 2
SEASON: September 9-October 14

INITIAL MEETING: Saturday, September 9
Players will meet their teammates and coaches!
3 & 4 Year Olds begin at 11:00AM
5 & 6 Year Olds begin at 12:00PM

Member: $15.00 per child
Non-Member: $30.00 per child
