Develop Confidence and Character

The Y is the starting point for many youth to learn about becoming and staying active, and developing healthy habits they’ll carry with them throughout their lives. And the benefits are far greater than just physical health. Whether it’s gaining the confidence that comes from learning to swim or building the positive relationships that lead to good sportsmanship and teamwork, participating in sports at the Y is about building the whole child, from the inside out.

Practices are Mondays and Thursdays, starting September 14
Games will start Thursday, September 21
Practices and Games will be at 5PM or 6PM, depending on team placement.

$40 per child for Members
$55 per child for Non-members
*Includes a Team T-shirt

Hilliker Heat Swim Team

Hilliker Heat is a fun and instructional swim program designed to give children of all ability levels a comfortable and individually paced swimming environment. All swimmers are given individual goals and are encouraged to take pride in individual accomplishments.

Iron Teens participants will learn the basics of cardio, body weight and resistance training exercise.
